Job Description:
- The Vice President of Digital Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy to drive business growth, enhance brand reputation, and achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Leadership: Develop and lead the implementation of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with Entigrity's business objectives and target audience.
- Drive innovation and creativity in digital marketing initiatives to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
- Team Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the digital marketing team, including managers and specialists across various disciplines such as content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability to maximize team performance and productivity.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocate resources strategically, and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and ensure budgetary compliance.
-Brand Strategy and Positioning: Define and execute Entigrity's brand strategy across digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain brand guidelines, positioning statements, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate Entigrity in the marketplace.
- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Drive customer acquisition efforts through targeted digital marketing campaigns, lead generation strategies, and conversion optimization tactics.
- Develop and implement customer retention programs to enhance loyalty, increase customer lifetime value, and reduce churn.
- Data-driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics, market research, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies, optimize campaign performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Leverage advanced analytics tools and methodologies to measure, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Technology and Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, automation.
- Identify and evaluate new digital platforms, tools, and technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing digital marketing strategy and execution.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue generation.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
