Job Responsibilities:
- The Marketing Manager for the APAC region will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and product adoption.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in field events management, ABM, and go-to-market strategies for product rollouts.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and experience working within the SaaS B2B space.
You will:
1. Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the APAC region.
- Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including planning, budgeting, execution, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to align regional campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
Field Events Management:
- Direct - Plan, organize, and execute field events such as conferences, webinars, trade shows, and user group meetings.
- CoBranded w/partners - Plan, organize, and execute field events such as conferences, webinars, trade shows, and user group meetings.
- Work closely with the sales teams / Versa partners to ensure events align with sales objectives and lead generation goals.
- Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site event execution.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Nice to Have
- Develop and implement ABM strategies to target key accounts in the APAC region.
- Work with the sales team to create personalized marketing campaigns for high-value prospects and existing customers.
- Utilize intent data and insights to refine targeting and messaging for ABM initiatives.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Nice to Have
- Lead the development and execution of GTM plans for new product rollouts in the APAC region.
- Coordinate with product management, sales, and global marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of GTM campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Content and Collateral Development:
- Create and localize marketing content, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and sales collateral.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and resonate with the APAC audience.
- Ensure customer/partner events have the right content, aligned with Versa's go to market message, attendee personas and demographics.
Digital Marketing: (Social amplification of events)
- Manage regional digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize market insights to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Track key marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field events management, campaign planning, ABM, and GTM strategies.
- Proven experience in the SaaS B2B industry, preferably in the cybersecurity sector.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of the APAC, EMEA and ME region's business culture and market dynamics.
- Ability to travel within the region and in EMEA/ME occasional travel
