Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Senior Holiday Sales Executive at Club Ethecs Vacations, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our individual as well as corporate membership program and personalized holiday packages. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and curating exceptional travel experiences for individual and corporate clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Client Acquisition
    • Promote Club Ethecs memberships and holiday packages to prospective clients.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Identify potential corporate and individual clients through networking and referrals.
  2. Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
    • Understand client preferences to curate personalized travel itineraries and packages.
    • Provide exceptional pre-sale and post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.
  3. Product Knowledge & Recommendations
    • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and packages offered by Club Ethecs.
    • Recommend suitable travel options based on client requirements and budgets.
  4. Operational Support
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless booking, ticketing, and travel arrangements.
    • Handle queries related to pricing, cancellations, and policies.
  5. Team Collaboration
    • Mentor junior sales executives and assist in team training programs.
    • Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and customer offerings.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in holiday membership programs, holiday packages or travel solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of international and domestic travel destinations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
