Role & responsibilities
Manage the Meeting Calendar
Arrange and co-ordinate internal / external parties meeting
Screen all phone calls and take messages
Make travel and hotel arrangements
Prepare travel documentation
Booking and setting up meeting rooms for the meetings
Taking, transcribing and circulation of meeting minutes
Preparation of written correspondence and documentation as
required
Updating vital documents
Planning and coordination of local/internal meetings, events
and activities.
Prepare PowerPoint presentation slides
Source and collate market information for projects and
presentations
Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 3 years experience as Executive-Assistant to MD
