Job Description
- Focus on global open recruiting needs.
- Work closely with our business leaders to identify recruiting needs, strategy and execution.
- Act as a main point of contact on all sourcing related questions for stakeholders.
- Consistently build, organize and cultivate diverse pipelines of qualified candidates.
- Be a driver for change within the TA function, sharing best practice across the team, and bringing new ideas and perspective to peers and leadership.
- 5+ years experience in a corporate sourcer position.
- Hands-on experience in hiring talent in globally.
- Ability to partner with stakeholders and collaborate with various internal teams (HR, Finance, etc.).
- Experience with process improvement projects and a solutions focus.
- Experience with Greenhouse or other modern ATS s.
- Prior experience with DEI hiring strategies and tools.
- Employer branding experience.
