Job Description:

• Need to call US patients to inform them about their statement received status we sent and possibly collect the payment through credit card details. Need to explain the bill details and try to convince the patient.
• Need to call the legal office and get the current case status for the received client. If possible, request the payment check copies if cases are settled and closed.
• Need to handle emails to send completed accounts to AR. If the patient paid through credit card, we need to prepare the document and email sent to our client.
