Job Description
As an HR Executive, you will manage various HR functions including recruiting talent, maintaining employee records, supporting employee development, and addressing HR-related issues. You will also assist with onboarding and help maintain a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and hire new employees to fulfill company requirements.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Provide support to employees regarding their benefits.
- Organize and coordinate training and development programs.
- Assist with employee performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Resolve HR-related issues and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
1. Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Ability to manage and maintain accurate employee records.
- Organizational skills for handling multiple HR tasks and responsibilities.
2. Education:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
