Role Summary
The Business Development Specialist is a pivotal role within Eninrac Consulting, responsible for managing and enhancing both internal and external communications and driving business development initiatives. This multifaceted position encompasses client communication, business development, sales, client database building & securing revenue.
The candidate would be required to take business development initiatives for Eninrac proprietary dashboards & business solutions across energy & infrastructure sector
The candidates would be required to execute sales & business development activities sales of Omnicore/Einfews/E&I Projects Monitor. The key geographies in focus for the sales of these products would be India, SEA, Pacific, Europe, ME, Africa & Americas
Responsibilities
Driving the sales of Eninrac dashboards solutions to national & international clients
Handling sales of Omnicore dashboard (a power sector regulatory & policy tool)
Handling sales of Einfews dashboard (a portal tracking all market developments across EV / Solar / Wind / BESS / Hydrogen / other Green Energy)
Handling sales of E&I project monitor (a portal that tracks all the underconstruction,announced, under bidding energy and infrastructure projects) dashboard
Client communication & relationship management
Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
Client Engagement: Organize and conduct regular check-ins, understanding market/business needs of the client, feedback sessions, and personalized communication to understand and meet client needs
Business Development
Client Calling: Connecting with the client via phone calls, e-calls and give them download on Omnicore, Einfews, E&I projects monitor dashboard
Opportunity Identification: Research and identify new business opportunities to expand Eninrac s client base and market presence in international geographies for Eninrac s Omnicore, Einfews, E&I projects monitor
Strategic Campaigns: Assist the business development team to design and execute campaigns aimed at attracting new clients
Sales Support: Assist in preparing compelling sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches & client calling to secure new contracts
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth in the Omnicore, Einfews, E&I projects monitor
Client Database Management
Database Maintenance: Create, update, and manage the client database to ensure accurate and current information of client s contact details
Database Creation: Leverage research skills to build and expand the client database, providing the sales team with targeted leads for effective pitching
Strategic Communication
Communication Plans: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance Eninrac s brand and reputation
