Strategic Development : Identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities that align with Forward Impacts mission and objectives.
Partnership Building : Forge and nurture relationships with NGOs, corporate,grassroots organizations, and other potential partners to enhance our campaign reach and impact.
Proposal Crafting : Develop compelling proposals and pitches that highlight the unique value Forward Impact brings to potential partners and clients.
Market Analysis : Continuously assess the landscape of social impact, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion.
Collaborative Initiatives : Work in tandem with the campaigns, research, and design teams to ensure business strategies complement our on-ground initiatives.
Contract Management : Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring terms are favorable and reflect the best interests of Forward Impact.
Reporting & Feedback : Regularly update the leadership team on business development activities, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Development Studies, or a related field. A Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant field would be advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in institutional partnerships,corporate alliance building, or a related role, preferably within the social impact sector.
Demonstrable track record of establishing and nurturing impactful partnerships.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred :
A deep-seated passion for societal transformation and an alignment with Forward Impact s mission.
Existing networks or familiarity with institutions, NGOs, and corporate entities in the Tier I or II city regions.
Insight into the social impact ecosystem, especially concerning campaigns and movement building.
