Responsibility :
End to end handling of the bids - solution pitch, preparing the RFP & RFI response and its presentation
Work with other teams to develop the solution, estimates, schedules, technical responses to complete the proposal
Take a solutions and consultative sell approach to ensure client needs are accurately met. Domain knowledge of Telecom Customer journey / Telecom Partners Sales and Distribution will be a big asset.
Assist sales team in prospecting with relevant pitch and market/company specific data
Create Sales Collaterals, Case Studies, White Papers, and assist in preparing sales pitch documents
Conduct research - both primary and secondary; generate and qualify market analytics
Present effective and professional presentations on products and services.
Ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as company policies.
Actively monitor market trends and industry associated meetings/events and seminars.
Fosters good teamwork. Strength of working relationship with the team.
Professional Experience:
Minimum experience of 5-7 years in assisting and/or selling complex Telecom products / services is a must
Exposure to Telecom Domain is a must
Solutioning expertise in one or more verticals which include: Telecom, Sales and Distribution.
Proven Presale and Business Development skills to farm existing customers.
Proven track record of managing and supporting large bids from pre-sales perspective
Demonstrated performance in Complex Solutioning and innovative deal construct
Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc)
Hands on experience in writing proposals and delivering customer presentation
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills and can operate in an extremely dynamic environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
