Roles and Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing communications strategies to effectively reach target audiences.
- Engage with internal teams to align communication efforts with business goals.
- Conduct competitive research to analyze market trends, key players, strengths, opportunities, and challenges.
Content Development;
- Plan and develop content tailored to different target markets.
- Create and manage thought leadership content such as blogs, industry articles, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with business and tech teams to generate relevant content.
- Develop product collaterals including brochures, presentations, and whitepapers.
Brand Management:
- Ensure all marketing communications align with Enhancesys' brand identity and positioning.
- Track and analyze brand awareness metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Social Media & Digital Engagement:
- Develop and maintain a marketing communications calendar for campaigns and content publishing.
- Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, X) to enhance digital presence.
- Maintain and optimize the website with engaging content and SEO best practices.
Marketing Campaigns & Events:
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Plan and participate in industry and technology events, ensuring lead generation and post-event follow-ups.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or content strategy.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and technology-driven communication.
- Excellent content creation skills across various formats (blogs, articles, social media, presentations).
- Proficiency in SEO, social media management, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and align communication strategies with business goals.
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure brand awareness and campaign effectiveness.
- Experience in event marketing and lead generation is a plus
