Tender Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, including bid solicitation, bidding process, and contract award.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Commercial, Legal) to prepare tender submissions.
  
• Manage timely submission of tenders on GeM portal.
  
• Ensure compliance with government procurement procedures and regulations.
  
• Monitor and track progress of ongoing tenders from submission to closure.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in Government E-Tendering or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of e-procurement processes on GeM portal.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
