Tender Executive

Role & Responsibilities:-
1. Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the tender process to obtain maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organization.
2. Effective liaison, support and assistance between tender process department and rest of organization.
3. Maintain and improve mechanisms for obtaining opportunities, surveying and measuring tender process and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities.
4. Utilize agreed systems to manage the tender process functions, analysis and documenting.
5. Manage the development of plans for tender process activities to achieve targets.
6. Developing plans for streamlining tender processes.
7. Support to all other departments with tender-related issues.
8. Reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly basis or as otherwise agreed.
9.Assist in the development and preparation of the organizational tender process strategy and general business planning.
10. Maintain accurate records.

#Must have experience in Transformer Manufacturing Company

#Electrical engineering background
