Roles & Responsibilities

Project Management
• Candidate should be able to manage multiple projects.
• Should have extensive experience managing various Project management knowledge areas like, Scope management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Risk Management, Human Resource
Management, Quality management, Stakeholders Management, etc.
• Good to have some Pre-Sales experience.
• Good to have done Project effort estimations, resource estimations, client management, resolving escalations, etc.
• Should be willing to take the complete ownership of the deliverables and hold him/herself accountable.
• Be able to work independently and take major project decisions with minimal supervision.
• Work closely with senior management to identify and suggest areas of improvement on anything under the Sun that impacts the organization.

People Management
• Candidate should be a team player, lead from front.
• Should have done Employee assessments, performance reviews, etc.
• Should be able to motivate the team and resolve conflicts & interpersonal issues.
• Should be able to grow the team, conduct training programs, identify areas of improvement, be it people, process or Organization as a whole.
