Engineering Manager - Java Technologies (8-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Monitor project progress and address any roadblocks.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements.

- Work closely with other engineering teams to ensure smooth integration.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Set performance goals and track progress.

- Identify and address performance issues.

Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).

- Experience with software design patterns and principles.

- Understanding of database concepts and SQL.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Knowledge of testing methodologies (unit, integration, and end-to-end).

- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- 5+ years of experience in software development.

- 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
