- Manage team of 7-10 engineers with different level of Seniority
- Set and manage teams deliverables and growth by working with each individual
- Extensive collaboration and constant engagement with partner teams across US, Amsterdam and Brazil locations
- Develop deep technical understanding of the platform and be able to represent the team in technical discussions without engineers. You are expected to be hands-on manager
- Create vision for the team aligned to company goals and deliver on the promise by conceptualizing projects to final high quality delivery.
---- Basic Qualifications ----
- 4+ years of experience managing team of engineers and/or managers
- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or affiliated majors.
- Proven track record of delivering complex cross-team projects with company wide impact
- Hands-on understanding of the systems and architecture. Deep technical expertise on their domain/system.
- Strong collaboration skills to represent the team across the company with crisp communication and stakeholder management

- Experience in payments domain
- Strong experience in building large scale platforms for high throughput use cases with strong consistency
