highly skilled Engineering Manager – React & Python to lead our development teams,

Position Summary

As an Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and managing a

team of developers while defining the architecture of front-end and back-end applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance, scalability,

and alignment with business goals. Your leadership and technical expertise will be key in

fostering a strong engineering culture and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

Define, design, and implement scalable architectures for React-based front-end and

Python-based back-end applications.

Ensure best practices in code quality, scalability, and performance optimization.

Oversee the selection of technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance

development efficiency.

Guide the development of reusable components and libraries to streamline

workflows.

Team Management & Leadership

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of front-end and back-end developers.

Conduct regular performance reviews, provide technical guidance, and foster career

growth within the team.

Facilitate code reviews, technical discussions, and problem-solving sessions.

Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to

understand requirements and propose technical solutions.

Drive collaboration between front-end, back-end, and DevOps teams to ensure

seamless development and deployment processes.

Communicate technical strategies and decisions effectively to both technical and

non-technical stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

Stay updated on emerging technologies in React, Python, and cloud-native

architectures.

Lead initiatives to improve development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and system

reliability.

Champion agile methodologies and best engineering practices to drive efficiency

and reduce technical debt.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or

related field.

10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a

managerial or leadership role.

Strong expertise in React.js for front-end development and Python (Django, Flask)

for back-end services.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization

tools like Docker, Kubernetes.

Proven experience in scalable system design, API development, and

microservices architecture.

Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment

strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with GraphQL, WebSockets, and advanced front-end

frameworks.

Knowledge of data engineering, machine learning pipelines, or big data tools.

Experience implementing Agile and Scrum methodologies in software teams.
