Supervisor - Engineering & Fabrication

Role & responsibilities

• Should have hands on experience of Fabrication Workshop.
• Sound knowledge of Metallurgy of various metals.
• Should have experience in Milling, Machining, Cutting, Welding, Grinding.
• Experience in tool room machines such as Lathe, CNC, VMC, HBM, Slotting, Drilling, Planner, Surface and Cylindrical grinding, Wire Cutting, Laser Cutting etc.
• Having sound experience in Machine Assembly.
• Should possess knowledge of Threads, Gears etc.
• Rich experience of maintenance of equipments like Reactors, Centrifuges, Dryers, Pumps etc.
• Should be able to read engineering / Mechanical drawings
• Provide leadership to ensure the maintenance methods or procedures are precise and adhered too.
• Responsible to find out new vendors and get the job executed by taking all the safety precautions for self and others.
• Should have knowledge of making QAP for third party testing, selection of third party.
• Should have knowledge of Inspection of Equipment Fabrication, Hydrotest, Load Test etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in supervisory role in an Engineering Company.
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Dynamic candidate with strong troubleshooting and Analytical Skills.
• Willing to travel Local as well as International if the need be.
