HR and Payroll Executive

Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and internal portals.
• Identify potential candidates using multiple sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, job portals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, contracts, and new hire documentation.
• Organize orientation sessions and ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
• Maintain and update a database of candidate profiles and recruitment metrics.

Payroll Responsibilities:

• Accurately process payroll, including salary calculation, deductions, bonuses, and incentives.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws.
• Track and manage employee attendance, leave, and working hours to calculate payroll accurately.
• Handle statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and file payroll-related statutory reports.
• Address employee concerns related to salary, deductions, and tax matters.
• Maintain payroll records and generate regular reports on payroll costs and employee earnings.
• Compute and deduct Income Tax and TDS from employee salaries.
• Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Provide employees with Form 16 and other relevant tax documents.
