Sr. Executive HR

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
• Managing employee separation processes
• Co-ordinating with factories for preparing HR related reports.
• Payroll administration and tracking of attendance thru bio-metric.
• Coordinate with HR team and execute employee engagement programs and recognition initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in human resources management or related field
• 4+ years of experience in HR or a related field
• Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office & SAP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
