We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team as a Manager - Human Resources. This role will oversee key HR functions, including payroll management, statutory compliance, training and development, attendance management, employee benefits, and HR MIS.

Job Description

• Payroll Management:
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.
  • Manage payroll queries and address discrepancies.
• Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Conduct induction programs for new hires and track their progress.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Attendance and Leave Management:
  • Supervise attendance systems and ensure accurate records.
  • Address leave-related queries and implement attendance policies.
  • Monitor absenteeism trends and suggest corrective actions.
• Employee Benefits Administration:
  • Ensure timely updates and communication about benefits to employees.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
• Management Information Systems (MIS):
  • Generate and maintain HR reports and dashboards for payroll, compliance, and attendance.
  • Analyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data and records.
