Role Overview:

Enpointe.io is seeking a passionate and talented Android Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for creating, enhancing, and maintaining mobile applications that provide seamless user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while adhering to best practices in mobile development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin/Java.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into high-quality code.
• Work closely with the backend team to integrate APIs and ensure seamless performance.
• Optimize applications for performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Identify and fix bugs to ensure application stability and reliability.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in Android development.
• Conduct unit testing to ensure the code meets the highest standards.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java for Android development.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio, and development tools.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of Material Design principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of databases such as SQLite or Room.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Android.
• Knowledge of Firebase services (Analytics, Crashlytics, Push Notifications).
• Published apps on the Google Play Store are a plus.
