About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer specializing in Python to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend technologies and will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side logic, databases, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Design and implement database schemas and manage data storage solutions using ORMs (SQLAlchemy, Django ORM).
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python and backend frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs.
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Experience with testing frameworks (Pytest, Unittest).
• Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and task queues (Celery).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
