About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Responsible for Client Acquisition, Client Handling, Relationship Building.
• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
• Identify new business opportunities and upsell services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide timely reports and updates to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
