Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Position Overview:
We are looking for an organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO at our Jaipur office. This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for a motivated individual looking to contribute to both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Compensation:
Salary: 3 Lakhs to 6 Lakhs per annum (based on skills and experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organise the CEOs schedule, meetings, and appointments.
• Assist with various marketing and sales initiatives.
• Handle email communications and maintain clear documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and handle client communications (email, Zoom, etc.).
• Support HR activities, including onboarding and employee coordination.
• Conduct online research to support business needs.
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information

Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelors degree or higher.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (required).
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
