We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client handling, and business growth through online freelancing portals like Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms. The role requires a proactive individual with excellent English communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the mobile and web development industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through various freelancing platforms.
Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market reach.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent English communication (written and verbal).
Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or similar portals for bidding and client interactions.
Proven track record in lead generation and lead conversion.
