Job Description
- Develop strategies: Create sales plans, set goals, and develop tactics to drive business growth
- Manage sales: Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate sales, and ensure successful closings

- Channel Strategy Development:
- Define and implement a strategic channel sales plan aligned with overall company objectives, identifying potential partners, and establishing clear partner segmentation.
- Develop channel partner onboarding processes, including training, sales enablement, and performance metrics.
- Partner Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key channel partners at all levels, including senior executives, sales managers, and technical teams.
- Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities, develop joint marketing plans, and execute sales initiatives.
- Regularly review partner performance against agreed-upon KPIs and provide feedback and coaching.
- Revenue Generation:
- Drive significant revenue growth through channel sales, exceeding assigned sales targets and maximizing market penetration.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, and identify potential sales risks and opportunities.
