Technical Architect - .Net/React.js (14-18 yrs)

Job Description :

- Should have good experience of leading technical teams, decision making and close interaction with Management

- Should have working knowledge of technologies like Dot Net, ReactJS, React Native, Android and Databases like SQL & MySQL.

- Preferably should have an experience in small / startup companies like us with exposure to International clients

- Candidate should be based in Pune / ready to relocate to Pune

Area of Work CTO :

Technology Strategy & Leadership :

- Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business goals and product strategy.

- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

- Establish technical standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines to ensure efficiency and scalability.

- Oversee technology budgeting, cost optimization, and resource allocation.

- Product Development & Innovation Ensure the development of secure, scalable, and high-performing software solutions.

- Drive innovation and R&D initiatives to enhance product offerings.

- Team Leadership & Growth Build and manage a high-performing engineering team.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

- Mentor and coach technical teams, helping them scale their skills and expertise.

- Oversee hiring, training, and retention strategies for top tech talent.

- Technical Architecture & Infrastructure

- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of applications and infrastructure.

- Define and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Lead cloud strategy, DevOps, and system architecture decisions.

Security, Compliance & Risk Management :

- Ensure data security, compliance, and privacy standards are met (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

- Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :

- Work closely with CEO and other executives to align technology with business strategy.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support growth initiatives.

- Engage with investors, partners, and customers to communicate the company's technical vision.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar leadership role in a startup or product-based IT company.

- Strong expertise in software development, system architecture, and cloud technologies.

- Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks, including web, mobile, AI/ML, or blockchain (as relevant).

- Experience in scaling technology teams and building high-performing engineering cultures.

- Deep understanding of Agile development, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Previous experience in a high-growth startup or SaaS company.
