Technical Lead - .Net/React.js (8-15 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft technologies, .NET Core, .NET Core API, .NET, and Python.

- Work with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, React, and Angular.

- Develop and manage databases using MongoDB.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

- Research and implement new technologies to improve system performance and scalability.

Required Skills :

- 8-15 years of hands-on experience in software development.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies including .NET Core, .NET Core API, and .NET.

- Extensive experience in front-end technologies: JavaScript, jQuery, React/Angular.

- Solid understanding of Python and MongoDB.

- Ability to write efficient and maintainable code.

- Familiarity with software development, lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Knowledge of Office JS is an added advantage.

- Experience working in an R&D environment is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
