Technical Architect - React.js/Python (15-20 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an Architect focusing on the Backend/ Frontend/full stack to join our dynamic team operating in an agile development environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in the software engineering development lifecycle and experience in Python and/or React.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable, robust, and high-performance backend systems.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in React and/or Python, and Django utilizing TDD.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Implement secure RESTful and gRPC APIs.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices.

- Assist in collecting and documenting user requirements and developing user stories and estimates.

- Provide technical support for web applications.

- Design and Implement Event-based microservice-based application architecture.

- Establish standard practices and governance for micro-service-based application architecture.

- Lead, coordinate, facilitate, and collaborate with a broad group of business and technical resources at executive and technical levels.

- Comprehend business strategies and requirements and develop necessary designs and plans to ensure solutions satisfy those needs.

- Provides architectural guidance and technical service to the plan/build/run application teams, as well as guidance and collaboration supporting the environment in conjunction with outsourcing providers.

- Evaluate and recommend alternate solutions in key technology areas.

- Maturity to accept direction, confidence to give direction

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

- Proven history of generating innovative and effective solutions

- 15+ years of experience in development with React and/or Python.

- Strong understanding of React and/or Python, Django, building WebAPI and/or gRPC services.

- Experience with cloud services (e. g., Azure, AWS, GCP).

- Experience in scalable cloud architectures and Must be architect-level capable of leading teams, presenting to leadership, defining and directing project work.

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to explain complex technical topics in an easily digestible manner.

- Experience with database management and proper systems security best practices.

- Experience in building scalable, high-performing, and robust applications.

- Willingness to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience in Docker and Containerized development and debugging.
