Role & responsibilities

• 5 years of professional experience in Java full stack development, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Design and architect Java-based software solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Develop and deliver training programs on architectural concepts, design patterns, and best practices to foster continuous learning within the organization.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components seamlessly with server-side logic, using modern frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with frameworks like Angular or React.
• Implement and maintain Apache Kafka for real-time data processing and messaging between applications.
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in database design and SQL, working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including code refactoring, unit testing, and test-driven development (TDD).
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow their skills.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and issue tracking tools such as JIRA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
