• Utilize various tools to gather, track, and analyze lead data to optimize outreach efforts.
• Team Leadership:
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the lead generation and market research team.
• Support the team in achieving their targets and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Report Tracking and Data Management:
• Monitor and manage lead generation activities, ensuring accurate tracking and timely reporting.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on team performance and market trends.
• Expertise in Job Boards and Professional Networks:
• Leverage job boards and professional networks to enhance lead generation.
• Employ both active and passive search techniques to identify and engage with potential leads.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Conduct thorough data analysis to derive actionable insights.
• Create data-driven reports and presentations to support strategic decisions.
• Market Research and Trend Analysis:
• Stay updated on the latest trends in the US IT industry through extensive market research.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on market trends and competitive analysis.
• Collaboration and Communication:
