The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for finding, attracting and bringing amazing experts to our Talent Network and hiring strategic on demand roles. As a Technical Sourcer, youll be our sourcing subject matter experts primarily within our Technology organization which covers, but is not limited to, Product Management, Software Engineering, Data Science & Design. Responsibilities Create and implement strategies to source qualified candidates from from various Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g. online job boards, social media, databases) to identify potential candidates Conduct initial screening and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit Engage and build relationships with passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques Communicate with candidates registered on our website prior regarding new job opportunities Build a continuous pipeline based on our strategic goals Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective search strategies Manage Job posting Conduct data driven research and market intelligence to support hiring decisions Qualifications Prior experience as a Recruitment Sourcer or similar role (at least 1.5 to 2 years) Research skills with experience sourcing Tech profiles ideally within North America (United States to be specific) Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including online job boards, (like LinkedIn for example), social media, and Boolean search Proven ability to identify and attract passive candidates Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software (we use iCIMS as our ATS but if you have not used iCIMS but have used other ATS that s fine as well) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Self-motivated and proactive approach to sourcing Knowledge of remote and distributed workforce recruitment is a plus Ability to cover partially if not full US hours. Have the ability to build rapport and communicate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
