Job Description
- End to End Recruitment You will take care of full circle of recruitment including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, selection process, offer and pre-offer engagement, stakeholder management etc
- Candidate Management Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates qualifications and suitability for open positions
- Stakeholder Management Partner closely with hiring managers and senior executives to ensure alignment on candidate requirements and expectations
- Interview Coordination Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Talent Pipelining Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings
- Employer Branding Contribute to building and promoting the companys employer brand to attract top talent
- Data Management Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and recruitment metrics
- Interview Process Coordinate and manage complex interview processes, including multiple rounds of interviews and assessment tools
- Offer Negotiation Facilitate and assist in the negotiation of compensation packages and employment terms with selected candidates
- Onboarding Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for newly hired leaders
- Market Research Stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices in talent acquisition
- Desired Skills Knowledge Excellent communication skills, oral and written
