Manager - Business Development


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end sales: lead generation, follow-ups, demos, negotiations, and closures.

- Generate revenue by converting contacts into contracts and managing international clients.

- Identify decision-makers and set sales meetings using tools like LinkedIn and email finders.

- Create and present proposals with competitive pricing, approved by senior management.

- Lead and mentor the sales team, monitor performance, and implement sales strategies.

- Report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in digital marketing, website development, data mining, data management, or other SAAS-based services.

- Proven experience in handling international clients.

- Strong ability to generate leads and close sales.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in using sales tools such as Snov, Apollo, Lusha, Email Finder, and LinkedIn.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
