Overview

The Technical Recruiter - SAP BODS plays a critical role in identifying and attracting top-notch talent to fill positions requiring expertise in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS). Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruitment strategies that target qualified candidates with SAP BODS expertise.

Draft accurate job descriptions and advertisements that clearly articulate position requirements.
Maintain and manage applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment processes.
Engage with potential candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms to foster relationships.
Negotiate salaries and benefits with candidates to secure top talent.
Stay updated on market trends for SAP BODS talent and compensation to better inform hiring strategies.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications for prospective employees.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and maintain relationships with local universities and technical schools for internship and recruitment opportunities.
Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the company.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience of 3+ years in technical recruiting, preferably in SAP technologies.
Strong understanding of SAP BODS and related technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with popular Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in filling specialized technical roles.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient in using social media platforms for recruitment.
Familiarity with talent acquisition metrics and data analysis.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence outcomes.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong work ethic.
Certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
