Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and human resources information systems (HRIS).
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.

Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback systems.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and assist in audits as needed.

Maintain knowledge of current HR trends and best practices to improve departmental efficiency.
Generate HR reports and data analytics to support decision-making processes.
Assist in organizational development initiatives, including culture building and employee engagement activities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
