Role & responsibilities

Installation / preventive maintenance / corrective / emergency maintenance for Overhead crane weighing

scales, modems, Hand held Terminals functioning at AMNS Hazira Surat Facility.

• Supervision of erection, Installation & commissioning of eMeasurematics supplied equipment on Cranes,

Transfer Cars, in steel mill Yard.

• Managing site activities, mobilization of tools, tackles & other materials for erection, workforce

management, material inspection, ensuring safety related requirement etc. during equipment erection

installation.

• Supervision of erection, Installation & commissioning of eMeasurematics supplied equipment on Cranes,

Transfer Cars, in steel mill Yard.

• Attending equipment breakdowns, professionally handle service calls, Troubleshooting of equipment &

maintenance call to ensure proper system operation, report generation all resolving problem.

• Installation / maintenance / corrective / emergency maintenance visits at customer sites (other than JSW

Bellary) for eMeasurematics products.

• Receipt of Hardware shipments from Mumbai office and corresponding process for handover to customer
• Submission of Billing documents
• Build, Develop & Sustain Customer relationships with effective Customer management.
• Local language speaking preference.

Preferred candidate profile

Understanding of Electrical schematics and GA drawings

• Knowledge of LAN/WLAN and networking components
• Knowledge of soft documentation using MS office, Excel, Google docs
• Knowledge of PLC basics, programming, and troubleshooting
