Business Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Calendar and appointment handling.
• Travels planning and coordination and settlements.
• English (speaking, reading and writing )
• Visa Processing be the front end for the team
• Support team lunch and team outings
• Keep org charts up to date
• Handling travel needs of visitors including hotel booking if needed and local commute arrangements.
• Support for any official conferences/workshops/meetings in external locations/hotels
• New joinee induction – Support scheduling, tracking attendance
• Support as needed for external and internal trainings working closely with HR

Preferred candidate profile

• Handled secretarial work , report making, stake holder communication at a basic level
• Min. qualification: any degree
• Working –Hybrid, as we are following but flexible to come to office when required.
