Job Description
We are seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional service that meets our brand standards. As a Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for coaching and developing service staff, creating a positive and productive work environment, and ensuring service runs smoothly during peak hours. You will greet guests warmly and professionally, address their inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously, and upsell menu items and beverages to increase revenue. Additionally, you will ensure the dining area is clean, presentable, and well-stocked at all times, and comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.

- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for all team members.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure service runs smoothly during peak hours.
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, making them feel welcome and valued.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously, resolving any issues to their satisfaction.
- Upsell menu items and beverages to increase revenue.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, presentable, and well-stocked at all times.
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding guest expectations and providing exceptional service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in restaurant point-of-sale systems.
- A passion for food and beverage and a commitment to delivering quality service.
