Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and online booking platforms.
Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.
Provide accurate information on room categories, pricing, availability, and promotions.
Upsell premium room categories and additional services to maximize revenue.
Ensure a smooth reservation process by maintaining accurate records in the system.
Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless guest experiences.
Address customer concerns and resolve booking-related issues professionally.
Process payments and ensure adherence to company policies.
Assist in preparing daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and reservations.
Stay updated with hotel offerings, local attractions, and travel trends.
Requirements
\u2714\uFE0F 2-3 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or customer service.
\u2714\uFE0F Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
\u2714\uFE0F Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
\u2714\uFE0F Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle high call volumes.
