Job Description: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 3-5 years of experience in executing high-impact outreach campaigns and leveraging cutting-edge tools and platforms to drive lead generation and engagement. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in our sales process, focusing on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities while collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Qualification:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify and target potential clients in line with the companys ideal customer profile.
  • Initiate outbound campaigns through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage prospects effectively.
  • Qualify inbound leads generated by the marketing team and convert them into sales-ready opportunities.
  • Outreach Campaign Management:
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel outreach campaigns, ensuring high deliverability and engagement rates.
  • Use personalized messaging to engage prospects and address their specific pain points and needs.
  • Tool and Platform Utilization:
  • Leverage the latest sales enablement tools and CRM platforms (Pipdrive, Apollo.io or any other similar platforms) to manage campaigns and track performance.
  • Utilize automation tools for email sequences, follow-ups, and reporting to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with the sales team to align on goals, strategies, and feedback loops.
  • Provide detailed handovers to account executives or sales managers for qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and understand campaign performance metrics.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Monitor KPIs, including email open rates, response rates, and conversion rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
  • Generate and present regular reports on campaign performance and pipeline metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new tools to enhance outreach strategies.
  • Test new approaches and refine tactics based on data and feedback to improve results.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as an SDR or in a similar role, with a strong track record in outreach campaigns and lead generation.
  • Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with CRM systems (eg. Pipedrive or any other CRM platform) and sales automation platforms (eg. Apollo.io or similar tools / platforms).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and personalized outreach messages.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in analyzing campaign performance data and using insights to drive improvements.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Familiarity with emerging outreach techniques and tools.
  • Experience working with international markets.
  • Experienced working with international markets
