Job Description
- Create and maintain regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) that summarize key metrics and performance indicators.
- Gather data from various sources and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform management decisions.
- Develop ad hoc reports as requested by stakeholders to address specific business questions.
- Design and develop dashboards and visualizations to present data in an easily understandable format.
- Maintain and update trackers in SharePoint to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Work closely with various teams to understand their reporting needs and provide relevant data insights.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve reporting processes and tools.
Skills for success :
- Good with Excel and able to cross-check time entries across multiple platforms
- Handle a high volume of email traffic from temporary employees and internal support functions.
- Work with internal functions to streamline processes for the project management team.
- Keep good reporting and tracking on hours worked, days worked, batches assigned, workflows, and throughput.
- Use internal HR platforms to raise requests for new hires, salary changes, and offboarding.
- Like the sound of working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Experience.
- 1-2 years experience working in a MIS role.
- Have excellent communication skills and can work with cross-functional management teams and temporary reviewers.
- Excellent Excel skills
- Must be able to work within very quick turnaround times while juggling multiple responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree.
