Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, data migration projects, and advanced Excel skills. This role requires excellent relationship management abilities and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document business requirements.
• Lead and manage data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Provide training and support to end-users as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in business analysis and data migration projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the Telecom Sector.
• Knowledge of data migration tools and software.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP).
