Senior Business Analyst - IT - Immediate joiners preferred

Role & responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
•  Engage with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
•  Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and propose IT solutions.
•  Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed changes.
• Documentation:
•  Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, and process flows.
•  Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and aligned with project requirements and standards.
•  Create presentations and reports to summarize findings, project status, and recommended solutions for stakeholders.
• Sales Support:
•  Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and assist in pre-sales activities.
•  Develop proposals, scope-of-work documents, and presentations that effectively communicate our technical solutions to prospective clients.
•  Participate in client meetings and pitches to present solutions and address queries.
• Project Co-ordination:
•  Work closely with project managers, developers, and other technical staff to ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables.
•  Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams for project-related questions and updates.
• Market Analysis:
•  Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
•  Propose new solutions or services that align with market needs and company objectives.

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•  Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
•  Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Sales Aptitude:
•  Proven track record of supporting sales teams and influencing client decision-making.
