Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Field / Service Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper installation, service, and maintenance of our products and systems at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Setup: Install, configure, and troubleshoot civil engineering systems and products at client sites.
• Service & Maintenance: Provide regular maintenance and on-demand repair services for existing installations.
• Field Support: Offer technical support and assistance to clients and contractors during and after the installation phase.
• Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to equipment, systems, and infrastructure.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of field services, including service reports, maintenance logs, and client communication.
• Client Interaction: Communicate directly with clients to understand their requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all installations and services meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
• Training & Guidance: Provide guidance and training to clients or site personnel on the proper use and maintenance of installed systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a field/service engineering role, preferably in the civil engineering industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of civil systems, construction processes, and technical troubleshooting.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues in the field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned location.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to work in outdoor conditions and on construction sites.

Additional Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.

Salary:

• ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
