Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Estate & Household Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-profile individual's residence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing household staff, coordinating maintenance, handling vendor relationships, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the estate. This role requires discretion, strong leadership skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Household Management: Supervise and coordinate household staff, including butlers, housekeepers, drivers, chefs, security personnel, and gardeners.
• Property Maintenance: Ensure timely maintenance and upkeep of the property, including repairs, renovations, landscaping, and security systems.
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Liaise with service providers, contractors, and suppliers to negotiate contracts, oversee work quality, and ensure smooth operations.
• Event Planning & Coordination: Organize and oversee private events, family gatherings, and business meetings hosted at the residence.
• Security & Safety: Maintain high-security standards for the property and residents, ensuring all security measures are in place.
• Budget & Inventory Management: Handle household budgets, track expenses, manage inventory for household supplies, and oversee procurement.
• Personal Assistance: Assist the owner and family members with personal errands, travel arrangements, and daily requirements.
• Guest Management: Ensure a high level of hospitality for visitors and VIP guests, including accommodation arrangements.
• Discretion & Confidentiality: Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding the owners personal and professional affairs.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4-10 years of experience in a similar role managing large estates or private households.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage household staff effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• High level of organization and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of high-end property maintenance, security protocols, and luxury lifestyle management.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and household management software.
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs).
• Background in luxury hospitality or five-star hotel management.
• Multilingual abilities (preferred but not mandatory).
