Profile- (Sales executive / Sales Manager/ Tele caller Candidates required from Real Estate Background only)

Roles and Responsibilities

• The salesperson will work towards achieving the sales target month on month. Follow up on leads, call prospects to the site, and show the clients around.
• Responsible for sales and marketing of the residential site through all verticals
• Follow the leads, negotiate commercial terms & closing the sale.
• Plan and implement strategies for new projects launch- project marketing & sales planning.
• Establishing relationships with all distribution partners.
• Share inputs on design, cost comparisons, feedback on vendor selection for top management, and coordination and planning of the entire exercise.
• Responsible for post-sales cycle and customer satisfaction.
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing.

• Location - Noida, SECTOR -127

Eligibility

• Rich experience in sales & business development
• Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills
• Must have the highest ethical standards
• Graduate with at least 2+ years of real estate sales experience with a renowned developer or channel partner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to customer relationship management.
• Basic knowledge of the real estate market and trends is an advantage.
