Roles and Responsibilities
1. Selection of various pumps, valves, filters, pipe fittings, cooler, pipe.
2. To design hydraulic system.
3. To convert in the detail drawings of hydraulic power pack assembly, Hydraulic GA drawings, Piping drawing, BOM, Hydraulic circuit & solenoid chart.
4. Design of Manifold block.
5. Get the work done from next level designers & check the system design for releasing.
6. Design & costing of hydraulic system for quotation.
7. Should design Pneumatic assy. & Lubrication assy.
8. Solve the problem during manufacturing the components, Power pack, Machine.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Knowledge of fluid power engineering calculations used for hydraulic system, Servo hydraulics, Pneumatics.
2. Knowledge of hydraulic system design & conversion in detail drawings, GA drawings, BOM, Hydraulic circuit & solenoid chart.
3. Design entire hydraulic system including layout to suit the application needed.
4. Experience in Cost estimation of the system.
5. Experience of Team handling in Mfg. organization and as well as individual contributor to the various projects.
6. AutoCAD & Excel / word.
Technical Competencies
1. Sound knowledge of hydraulic system, Pneumatic system, Lubrication system
2. Sound knowledge of fluid power engineering Calculations, Hydraulic circuit system designing
3. Sound knowledge on application engineering
4. Sound knowledge of selection of various pumps, valves, filters, pipe fittings, pipe.
5. Knowledge of engineering drawing reading, view understanding, Drawing - dimension limits, fits, etc.
6. Manifold block designing. Preferred 3D
7. Knowledge on designing Servo hydraulic system.
8. AutoCAD, 3D , Excel, word
