Responsible for all activities related to Testing & Service Department. Responsible for inhouse & customer end service calls. Submit on time Test certificate & check sheet to design / customer. Review the Hydraulic circuit, Part list & GA drawing in advance & submit Test protocol to Application & Customer. Maintain Quality Level of Hydraulic Power unit, Manifold block and all manufactured items. Follow Work Process & Maintain effectiveness for Testing & Service Department. Inter Departmental communication & Co-Ordination (Query, testing & service feedback etc) Visit customer site for service call / commissioning. Submit Root cause to customer & HOD for each service call. Submit service report with root cause analysis. Arrange requisition slip for service requirement & dispatch. Provide best effort to provide customer service & resolve problem with proper process. Organize special material / product requirements for projects. Work on inventory control & reduction topic. Support Team Leader in standardization process for future strategic approach
